Shipping & Return policy
Shipment
Orders placed before 3 p.m., will be processed the same (working) day. If you live in the Netherlands, you will often receive the package the next day. Of course, this only applies to the days on which packages are delivered (Monday to Saturday).
International orders will take around 5-8 days.
You will receive a track and trace code by email as soon as the package is sent to the post office.

*Customers from the UK may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We do not hold responsibility to these regulations and please note that these costs will not be payed to Sleepy Noodle.
Payment
Payments can be processed via iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal or Creditcard (Mastercard of Visa).
Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sleepynoodle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen by the customer when the order was placed.

Please note that the shipping cost for the return shipment is for your own account.
